1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of toolzbuy.com, app.toolzbuy.com and all related services ("ToolzBuy", "we", "us"). By registering, purchasing, or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the Service Is

ToolzBuy is a group-buying membership: we maintain paid master subscriptions to third-party software tools and give members shared access to them through our one-click dashboard, with each member receiving a dedicated session. Members pay a share of the cost instead of full individual pricing.

• All third-party tool names (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, ChatGPT, Canva and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. ToolzBuy is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any tool vendor.
• You understand that shared access of this kind may conflict with individual vendors' own terms of service, and that vendor-side session resets can occasionally occur. We disclose this openly and restore access promptly when it happens.
• Tools in a plan may occasionally be substituted with reasonable equivalents if a vendor discontinues or blocks a service.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent/guardian who accepts these Terms.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate contact details — support and refunds are tied to your registered email.

4. Acceptable Use — The Important Rules

Violating any of the following results in a permanent ban without refund, because these actions endanger access for every other member:

• No account sharing. Your membership is for you alone. Sharing, selling or renting your login is prohibited.
• No VPNs, proxies or RDPs. These trigger vendors' abuse-detection systems. Dynamic IPs from your own broadband or mobile operator are fine.
• Same-city usage. You may log in from home and office within the same city. Travelling or relocating? Inform support first and we'll update your account.
• No reselling of access, exports, data or reports as a service that competes with the tools themselves.
• No automation abuse — bulk scraping, bots or scripts that hammer the tools beyond fair use.
• No illegal use of any tool, and no attempts to bypass, probe or damage our access systems.

5. Fair-Use Limits

Each tool carries daily fair-use limits (reports, queries, exports or credits per member) so that one heavy user cannot degrade performance for others. Limits are set generously for normal freelance, blogging and small-agency workflows and may be adjusted over time. Enterprise-scale bulk reporting is better served by official vendor seats.

6. Payments, Billing & Renewals

• Plans and individual tools are billed monthly with no lock-in.
• INR prices apply to Indian customers paying by UPI; international customers may pay via PayPal, Binance or other listed methods.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing cycle and current pricing is always shown at purchase.
• You can cancel any time before renewal by messaging support or live chat; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

First purchases are covered by our 48-hour, 100% money-back guarantee if tools don't work and support cannot fix them. Full details, timelines and exclusions are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and post status updates on our Telegram channel. However, because the underlying tools belong to third parties, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific tool at all times. Scheduled maintenance and vendor-side resets are restored as quickly as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The ToolzBuy website, brand, dashboard and original content are our property. Third-party tools, their content and outputs remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Copyright concerns are handled through our DMCA Complaint process.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, about the accuracy of data produced by third-party tools, or about results (rankings, traffic, revenue) you may achieve using them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolzBuy's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party tool vendors' actions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 4) without refund. You may stop using the service at any time; Sections 9–13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your place of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be announced on our Telegram channel or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
