1. The 48-Hour Guarantee
Every first purchase of a ToolzBuy plan or individual tool is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee for 48 hours from the time of payment. If the tools included in your purchase are not working and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you, we refund the full amount — no questions asked.
2. When You Qualify for a Refund
- Your refund request is made within 48 hours of the payment time.
- One or more tools in your purchased plan are not working, and
- You contacted support and gave us a reasonable chance to fix it (most access issues are resolved within hours).
We strongly recommend clearing any doubts with our live chat or WhatsApp team before purchasing — pre-sales support is available 24/7 and we'll honestly tell you whether a plan fits your needs.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 48 hours of purchase via WhatsApp (+91 73826 68269), live chat, or email [email protected].
- Share the email registered on your ToolzBuy account and your payment reference (UPI transaction ID / PayPal transaction ID).
- Briefly describe which tool(s) did not work. Our team will first try to restore access; if we can't, the refund is approved.
4. Refund Processing Time
- UPI payments (India): approved refunds are returned to the same UPI ID, typically within 1–3 business days.
- PayPal / Binance (international): approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–7 business days depending on the provider.
5. What Is Not Covered
- Requests made after 48 hours from purchase.
- Accounts banned for violating our Terms — e.g. account sharing, VPN/proxy/RDP usage, reselling access, or abuse of fair-use limits. See Terms & Conditions.
- Change of mind after substantial usage of working tools.
- Brief vendor-side resets that were restored — occasional session resets are a normal part of every group buy service and are fixed quickly, with status updates on our Telegram channel.
- Renewal charges for months you continued to use the service. Plans are monthly with no lock-in — you can cancel any time before renewal by messaging support, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- A specific tool being temporarily replaced with an equivalent alternative while a vendor issue is resolved, where the rest of your plan works normally.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel any time — simply don't renew, or message live chat / WhatsApp and we'll stop the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees, forms or retention calls.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — genuine issues are resolved far faster through support, and our 48-hour guarantee exists precisely for this. Accounts that open chargebacks on delivered, working services may be suspended.
