1. Our Commitment

ToolzBuy responds promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in the spirit of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian law (Information Technology Act & Copyright Act). We review every properly submitted notice and remove or disable access to material found to be infringing.

2. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Complaint". To be valid and actionable, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, registration number if any, or a link to the original).
2. The exact URL(s) on toolzbuy.com where the allegedly infringing material appears — specific links, not just the domain.
3. Your contact information: full legal name, company (if acting for one), postal address, email and phone number.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed while we request the missing information.

3. What Happens Next

• We acknowledge valid notices and begin review, typically within 48–72 hours.
• If the material is found to be infringing, we remove or disable access to it and notify the user who posted it (where applicable).
• We keep records of notices as required by law.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notification to [email protected] including: identification of the removed material and its former URL, your name, address, phone and email, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was mistaken, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address, and your signature. If the original complainant does not inform us of court action within 10–14 business days, the material may be restored.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts or contributors found to repeatedly infringe copyrights are terminated.

6. Misrepresentation Warning

Knowingly submitting false claims of infringement (or false counter-notices) can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be certain before filing.

7. Trademark Note

SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, ChatGPT, Canva, Grammarly and all other tool names referenced on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. ToolzBuy is an independent group-buying platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. Names are used solely to identify the services members access. Trademark concerns may be sent through the same process above with the subject "Trademark Complaint".
